Position: Executive Chef

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000

We are conducting a search for an ambitious and visionary Executive Chef to join a growing, chef-driven hospitality group redefining modern Indian cuisine in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a rare opportunity for a culinary leader ready to own the kitchen—not inherit it—with full creative license over menu development and the ability to shape the culinary identity of an emerging concept.

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial chef with a deep respect for Indian cuisine and a bold point of view. The ideal candidate is hungry to lead, eager to build a high-performing team, and motivated by the pursuit of culinary excellence, recognition, and long-term brand impact.

What you bring to the table:

• Previous culinary leadership experience within an elevated Indian cuisine concept
• Strong command of inventive menu development rooted in technique and creativity
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams while setting high standards of execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, evolve, and elevate a culinary program from the ground up
• Passion for excellence with long-term aspirations toward Michelin-level or nationally recognized accolades
• Strong understanding of how culinary vision intersects with brand storytelling
• New restaurant opening experience is a plus
• Prior experience working under a Michelin-starred or James Beard Award–recognized chef is highly valued
